Site Update: New Layout & Name

Posted by Webmiss with 2 Comments

Hey all!

So you might have noticed the site is looking a bit different. I have decided to change the name of the site from Twilight Dazzles, to something more Breaking Dawn related: Our Forever.

Our Forever is from my favorite Breaking Dawn quote “And then we continued blissfully into this small but perfect piece of our forever” (Bella talking about her and Edward).

A huge thank you to Tathy @ Night & Day Design for our beautiful site and gallery layouts =)

I have also added an Icon Archive! Thanks to Nicki @ Sunset Productions for the theme!

So what do you think of the new layout/site name? Let me know in the comments!

Robert Pattinson on the Birth Scene in ‘Breaking Dawn’ and Saying Goodbye to Edward Cullen

Posted by Webmiss with No Comments

The New Zealand Herald has an interview with Robert Pattinson from his recent worldwide promotional tour for Water for Elephants. Here Rob discusses what fame has been like, filming Water for Elephants with Reese Witherspoon and Tai the elephant, filming the birth scene in Breaking Dawn and having mixed feelings about saying goodbye to Edward Cullen. Read more below:

In Breaking Dawn, their characters Edward and Bella marry and have a child. One of the most pivotal scenes is the birth of the couple’s baby and turning Bella into a vampire.

“It was insane, intense,” he says of the scene, explaining that Edward can either lose Bella or give her a bite and thus immortality. “It was a pretty traumatic scene for me to do as an actor and, frankly, horrible for me emotionally. Edward has tried for so long not to turn Bella into a vampire and now … well, it’s very sad. He feels like he has let her down.”

He admits to mixed feelings about saying goodbye to Edward Cullen.

“I’ll be very glad not to put those contacts in anymore or have to put on the sparkling makeup, but I will really miss the character. I do love the guy. I feel like I know him pretty well now.”
