Apply for Affiliates
Here is where you can apply to become an affiliate of Our Forever. Just read the rules and fill out the form below. If the form isn’t working or you have any questions, email me at webmiss@our-forever.com
Rules
1. Your site must be up-and-running and updated regularly.
2. We prefer banner images that are 100 x 35, if you don’t have one just leave the ‘banner’ field blank and we will make one for you.
3. No porn, hate, offensive etc. sites allowed.
4. Please have a return link on your site (you can use one of these buttons) within a week of being accepted. Sites with broken links or no return link will be removed.
5. Family, Elite and Top Affiliates are currently by invitation only.
